If you've not got much room at home to practice yoga - don't let that stop you! This 25 minute yoga class is designed for those with only small spaces to practice in.
No props needed - you don't even need a yoga mat for this class. Beginners welcome!
The class is a standing sequence - we'll move through the 6 movements of the spine, do a bit of leg strengthening and then a little bit for the upper body.
