30 minute Yin Yoga for Autumn

Let your leaves fall! This Autumn Yin class is about letting go to help prepare yourself for the new. We'll hold each pose for 3-5 minutes - allowing the body and mind to release and let go. Slowly deepening into the pose, without force. Props: - Yoga mat (optional) - Blanket/ towel - Pillow/ cushion When to practice: - Personal preference. Some people prefer the evening, as Yin is quite meditative, and can help prepare the mind for sleep. Others prefer the morning, as this will allow the poses to target the connective tissues more. #yogatoletgo #yinyogaforautumn #30minuteyinyoga #yogaforfall During this class you'll also get to meet Bonnie the foster cat. Bonnie is a rescue cat we're currently looking after and nursing back to health. She loves attention, so fancied sitting in on the class. #BristolandWest #fostercat
