Restorative Bedtime Yoga


Restorative bedtime yoga to calm the mind, restore the body and prepare you for a good night's sleep. Like Yin yoga, restorative yoga is a slow meditative practice. However, unlike Yin we are aiming to completely relax the mind and body, and restore you to your optimum. Props: - Pillows and blankets - Comfortable clothes This class is designed to practice shortly before going to bed. You can even practice this in your PJs and in bed if you like. There will be some guided meditation and breath awareness during the class. This helps to connect the mind and body and develop body awareness. We will end the practice with a body scan. From here to you can stay  and drift off to sleep if you like.

Morning Yoga Class

Charity Donation Based Yoga





I've decided to start supporting the Avon Wildlife Trust (https://www.avonwildlifetrust.org.uk)

The Wildlife Trust do a lot of work to protect biodiversity and our wildlife, as well as provide education to both adults and children. Sadly, due to COVID the organisation is struggling.

Post Exercise Yoga Cool Down





Cool down the body with this post exercise yoga cool down. We'll spend 20 minutes stretching out the full body and letting the heart rate return to normal.

Stretching after exercises helps to reduce the chance of injury and speed up recovery. It can also help to prevent muscle tightness and improve flexibility.

Morning Yoga Flow





Start your morning with this 45 minute morning yoga class.

This is a full body morning class - we'll warm up the body with a little bit of everything. From core strength to leg stretches - this class follows a Vinyasa style of yoga, however is adaptable for beginners and those looking to build strength in the upper body.

No props needed, though if you do get sore wrists you might like some padding for the wrists (or you can fold the mat over).
